Is it possible to use sbeadex Lightning for purification from tissue preserved in storage buffer? Are any protocol modifications required?

It is possible to use sbeadex Lightning to purify DNA from tissue that has been preserved in storage buffer. An additional wash step (using Wash Buffer PN2) is required if Lysis Buffer PVP is used for lysis. Please note that Lysis Buffer UR is not recommended for lysis of tissue that has been preserved in storage buffer.
